Returns & Refunds
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, this is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receiving the item.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order still contains all the appropriate parts, components, and the packaging has arrived exactly as the product.
- Normal handling of the product is evident, breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
- Products for which hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
- The product has been found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
- We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping and restocking costs.
6. All returns must be processed via our Returns Portal.
7. A return will be processed within 7 working days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been delivered to the customer for more than 30 days.
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
- Items that are not in their original packaging.
- Items that do not have original tags or packaging.
- Items that are on sale or purchased from a gift card.
- Orders with the incorrect shipping address. Unless you let us know before the order is in transit. As soon as the order enters transit status, we cannot refund or return your order with a new address.
- Products with minor imperfections, such as a loose strand, are not eligible for a return, or refund. These small variations are part of the natural manufacturing process and do not impact the quality or wearability of the item.
- Earrings and Underwear Accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Custom jewelry cannot be returned.
Please note that sale items are not eligible for a full refund, as they are already offered at significantly discounted prices. We provide these markdowns to give you the best value possible, and as such, all sale purchases are considered final or may only qualify for partial refunds.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges for new products. We kindly ask that customers review all product details and sizing information carefully before completing their purchase.
All of our size guides are carefully measured and accurate to ensure the best fit. If you happen to order the wrong size, the item may be returned. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any applicable warehousing and restocking fees.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you will need to do the following to initiate the returns process:
- Send an email to: info@azzurraclo.com
Make sure the email contains the following:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product in case of breakage
- First name + last name of the customer
- Address of the customer
You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs and the restocking fee of all returned items.
We reserve the right to refuse additional compensation or returns on any sale or discounted items.

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to his or her commercial or professional activity:

WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS WITH OUR OWN RETURN LABEL. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR THIS.
