Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes! We ship worldwide with DHL tracked and insured shipping. We currently offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Delivery takes 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday) depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email.

How long does delivery take?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Estimated delivery times are:

  • Express: 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Standard: 8–10 business days (Monday to Friday)

How will my clothes fit?

At Azzurra, our products are thoughtfully designed to flatter every shape and size. If you're unsure about sizing, check out our convenient sizing chart on the product page. If your order isn't the perfect fit, our team is ready to help with no-questions-asked exchanges.

Not sure how the colour will look?

While we strive for 100% accuracy, colours can appear slightly different in person due to lighting or screen settings. To get the best preview, we recommend looking at our professional studio images, captured under controlled lighting to show the fabric's true hue as closely as possible.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

We offer the possibility to cancel your order within 24 hours of it being submitted. Please reach out to our team immediately at info@azzurraclo.com

How long will my item last?

Can I return my order if it doesn't fit?

Yes, within 30 days of receiving your order. We can help you return your order for store credit if you are not satisfied. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, email us at info@azzurraclo.com with your order number and reason for return.

What is your returns policy for faulty or damaged items?

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving it at info@azzurraclo.com with a photo of the damage. We will reship or refund in full for confirmed faulty items.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, JCB, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through our SSL-encrypted checkout.

My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?

If your order has not arrived within 14 days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at info@azzurraclo.com and we will provide a personal update. If there is no movement within 25 days, we will reship or issue store credit.
