Shipping took a little longer than expected
My coat took around 10 days to arrive which was slightly longer than I'd hoped, but the quality when it arrived was nice so it was worth the wait.
Sizing runs smaller
I'd recommend sizing up on most of the coats as they come up a little smaller than the size chart suggests, but once I exchanged it the fit was perfect and the team were really helpful.
