Returns Policy
- You have 30 days from your delivery date to submit a return.
- We do not provide cash refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selections.
- Returns are issued as store credit for the full value of the returned item.
- Sale items are not eligible for a cash refund. Sale items may qualify for store credit or a partial refund at our discretion.
- Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned unless faulty.
- If your item is faulty or damaged, contact us within 3 working days of receiving it.
- We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
- If you ordered the same item in two sizes, you may return one size directly, no approval needed. Return label fee applies.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items delivered more than 30 days ago.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Items missing original tags or packaging.
- Earrings, underwear, and lingerie accessories. Are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Custom jewelry.
- Items with minor manufacturing variations such as a loose thread. These are a natural part of production and do not affect quality or wearability.
- Orders with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. once an order is in transit we cannot redirect it.
Condition of Return
All items must be returned:
- Unworn and unwashed.
- With all original tags still attached.
- In original packaging.
- Free from perfume, deodorant, or washing powder.
Shipping Delays
- If your order has not arrived within 14 days of your expected delivery date, contact us and we will provide a personal update.
- If your order has not arrived within 25 days, we will issue store credit as compensation. If there is no shipping movement within a further 72 hours, we will reship your order.
- If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship or refund in full.
How to Submit a Return
To initiate a return, email us at info@azzurraclo.com with your order number, full name, delivery address, and reason for return. A photo is required for damaged or defective items.
We will send you a return label. Returns must be sent to one of our local warehouses: UK, USA, EU, Canada, or Australia. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return label fee applies. Free returns are not offered.
Returns are processed within 7 working days of receipt at our warehouse.
Store credit is issued as a discount code for the exact value of the returned item.
